Spring has brought with it the dry air left over from the cold fronts dumping their moisture further south. September is the driest month of the year at Wallaby Gully until the northern influence brings more humidity down to our latitude in late October. The honeyeaters (like this Yellow-Tufted ) are breeding and hanging out at the birdbath during the warmth of the day.
